Christchurch is the gateway to one of the most stunning regions in the world – the South Island of New Zealand.
Following the devastating 2011 Christchurch earthquakes, the city has been extensively rebuilt and is now a modern, vibrant city that is the envy of the rest of New Zealand. People who visit Christchurch don't appreciate the huge impact of earthquakes until they see all the new buildings and still vacant land, 15 years later.
Christchurch Town Hall (Conference Venue)
Access the Christchurch Town Hall at 86 Kilmore Street. The picture below are the doors you are looking to enter via.
The conference is being held in the Avon Room which is directly ahead as you walk through the doors (there will be people giving directions)
Dux Central (Thursday night Social Venue)
Access to the Dux is at 144 Lichfield Street. Do note that you have to go down an alleyway to find the venue so please take note of the following photos as they will help.
We are in the upstairs space, so please enter via the stairs to your left as you walk into the venue.
Robbies Litchfield (Friday night Social Venue)
Access to Robbies is at 150 Litchfield Street. Once again you need to go down an alleyway to find the venue (it's directly behind the Dux where the Thursday evening is being held)
We are in the Clubhouse, a private area along from Robbies bar itself (see map and photos below on how to access)
